Valentine's day mail boxes

Today I decided to get a jump start on some valentines day projects
First off I saved three cereal boxes one per child
Cut the tops off so it can be a slot to drop their letters and valentines in easily
Then I had em wrap it with construction paper and I helped paint their name in with a stencil
And let them decorate it
Then on the top i decided to put a white streamer just for fun :)

I suggest all mommies to make little mail boxes

Put little treats on that special day for them and a card from you and daddy or loved one / relative

The look on their faces will be priceless

Reyes homeschool chronicles

Raffle box

So I created a raffle box for the kids to motivate them. They haven't been doing too good so I thought the raffle for them mastering a test or assessment on their online classes and putting their name in the box to then be picked every other week for a treat would motivate them to pass. I want to encourage em as much as possible! I hope this works so far so good and they get so excited that it makes me smile. Here's our latest a pictures enjoy everyone

Update and more

Sorry I haven't been able to blog much I hit kind of a slump but I think I finally shook it off. Anyways school is good for the kids. I'm made folders for them so when I'm working with one they can do the stuff that's on the folders. While they are in their virtual class I get to catch a me break which is def much needed homeschooling 3 kids. I will be posting much more of things I find I also have a pin interest that I certainly recommend all mothers to go and follow me because I share tons of arts and crafts that even a toddler can enjoy. Well here's some pics from the I have a dream art project I did with the kids on honor of MLK and also a look into their new calender folder project I just made today if you would like to do a folder calender let me know ill be glad to email I the file just leave your email in the comment box below

Fall activities

We have made scare crows out of Popsicle sticks
We have now made handprint bats ;)
Next on our agenda is to paint our pumpkins instead of carving (too much mess and too much work when they are still little). I'm excited because we are finally completing everything off our to do list that they have to do mandatory. It is a struggle at times with me having fms and branden needing individualized help for his speech and all the revaluations he's going threw.
Hopefully we can continue on this same path so we can have more free days to relax and not be so pressured to do everything.
I love how I can take the time to do what we need to do and go back if there's a problem or lack of understanding and not forcing them along.
I will continue to update and pictures enjoy and stay tuned to our wonderful trips !

Our first trip

Tomorrow we will be going to fair mount water works
I'm excited because its our first trip
Also we will get out the house
Even though its going to be a long a bus ride its still going to be fun also get to meet other homeschool students from the school.
Ill be updating and adding pix threw the weekend.

Also I signed the boys up for Boy Scouts i think they will benefit from this because it will teach them team work and responsibility hopefully they enjoy it as much as they have so far.

I have a hectic weekend ahead of me tons of activities and learning :)

Fall time equals art fun!

So I finally got some laminating sheets
And Velcro
Put my handy lil glue gun to work

My addiction !
I don't have a laminator but I do have an iron
I used a tee and put the sheet between and pressed and held for 30 seconds on cotton setting
And viola I had laminated my stuff for the home school class room
I'm glad now they can learn the weather season day date month year and season :) hope this motivates them
Can't wait to do more projects now !
